03:48 pm - new! :) Rob and i adopted two new kittens on the weekend from keysborough animal shelter originally we were only going to adopt one but i couldnt say no !! so now we have a 4 month old ginger and white boy which robs mum adopted and his name is Fergus. And Rob and i adopted a georgeous little tortoishell and white girl kitten who is two and a half months old her name is Mia :) lots of fun at our house now with the four of them haha ! in other news i got tickets for rob me and nathan to see meshuggah on October 15th cant wait for that one! not much else is happening im working alot as usual and getting my application together to study in the management program here and rob is looking to move to nights so we can save more and get our own place we've decided we will do that in the next two years so we dont have to borrow as much wen we do finally buy :) Current Location: work Current Mood: accomplished Current Music: tapping of keyboards and talking from the call centre people

09:13 pm evening! im a bit of a lj neglector things have been pretty busy for me tho firstly the good news work made me permanent yay for job security loving it alot there the ppl i work with are fantastic im lucky to be part of such a great team altho ive taken on a new roll there aswell so now im in training for the next two weeks for that which so far is alot of fun and i hope ive made the right decision so now ive taken on three roles and am now considered an experienced consultant which makes me laff coz ive only been there a year! tomorrow night is gigantour and im of to see the wondefully awsome DEZ!!! which im wrapped about twice in a year how spoilt! waiting on my bonuses from work next week to get the skulls done on the bak of my legs and the bows on my feet ! hope everyone is well; iam alive just keeping myself busy i dont seem to have time for this much anymore but i thort id check in for the first time in ages xxoxox Brodie Current Location: home Current Mood: accomplished

09:24 pm - worst day eva ! so basically ive had tonsilitis this week and feeling rather shit but was so looking foward to today to go out and spend some money coz i had a day off work today ! and i had my bday money to spend sooo i had to go to the doctors first today to make sure my tonsils are fixing themselves and they will be fine but!!!!! i take medication for my blood pressure have for a while now.... and about a month ago i got my script filled and was told i could come off them soon i go bak today and the doctor goes im going to try u on this thing called druomine and it surpresses appetite so i thought sweet hat will help my weight loss thingo alot and speed up getting off these other drugs. i innocently go the chemist and get my script filled and inocently go to the counter to pay the lady puts it throo and its $93.00!!!!!!!!!! in my state of absoloute shock money is some how exchanged and i leave feeling sad that i wont be able to do as much shopping as first planned. i take one as its still early morning and u have to take them in the morning and as im reading throo the huge list of info the pharmacy man gave me i read "do not take this if u take any medication for blood pressure" and i think well the doctor that gave this to me is fuly aware i take medication for blood pressure so i must be ok ! 2 hours late IAM NOT OK!! my heart is racing i feel dizzy and tired and all together shithouse ! so i ring the pharmacy and he goes wat are ur symptoms and he tells me no u shoodnt be taking this and is ur doctor aware and im like hell yes he is and so are u ppl coz i fill all my scripts with u ! so now i have medication that ive spent $93 and i cant take it and the doctor was aware of this so im totally shattered normally i woudnt care but the cost of it has made me so upset id really love my money bak for this!!!!! so tomorrow im going to see the doc to see if i can i highly doubt it but im so annoyed/upset about this has anyone else had anything similar from docotrs and if so wat happened im at a total loss Xoxo Brodie Current Mood: crushed

12:06 pm - *tap tap tap* does this thing still work ! heloooooo! wow i should really update this thing more but i just dont have the time to waste on the net ne more better things to do i guess work is quiet today so i thought id quickly get in an update ! and im sure its being closely watched since ppl seem to think that because they read my journal they "know more than i think" hahaha yes coz reading my journal constitutes knowing me ! ne way things are great rob had band prac last nite so i got catch up with carly we watrchged movies while the boys did their thing they have a gig in brunswick friday! tomorrow i have the day off so im going to the city for lunch with carly then outt o next with nic yay i gotta go buy some of those charade pinstripe shoes coz they are hot ! july 2nd rob and i are going to HELL YEAH ! vinnie pauls new band along with the guys from mudvayne! im tihnking maybe this year witches in britches/ cherry bar drinks/dv8 after that gunna be awsome ! i hate thinking of sometihng to do for my bday but i gotta get it organised ! hrmm wat else well not a whole lot really jsut busy working and hanging out with the boy and busy busy busy thinking of going bak to uni part time outside of my fulltime work and finishing me teaching degree and maybe doing an advertising course coz i will be doing all my business qualifications through my new job starting next year hopfully and id love to work in the marketing department and do something arty and wat not! better go do work i guess we have lunch soon then a team meeting for an hour woohoo ! xoxoxo Brodie Current Mood: busy

03:51 pm - crazy weekend fun! woo wat a crazy one its benso far but its not even over yet wwoooooo! friday nite robs band played in cheltenam so off we went to that then after thatn into the ciy for nics birthday at the totoe but noooo by the time we ot threr i dunno where she was but all is good sowe had beers got souvlakis on lygon st and came home satuday we had to take timmy bak to the vet hes still not well but hes gettin there meanwhile prue is well again and putting weight bak on im so wrapped to have her bak ! rob and i got all dressed up formal and headed in to crown for the awards nite at the palladium room was an awsome nit free booze and lotsa fun after that we met up with christos christina and dimitria and drank pints ! i drank a few to manyu but who cares! also note to self blue daquiris are fukn awsome ! got home about 6 this morning now im up and about organisingmyself for tonte were off to the espy to met up with nic and peter then to the palace for DEVIL DRIVER AND FEAR FACTORY!!! AWSOME!!!! thought id get on here and make a scene first :) well thats about it stay tuned for pics etc! im off to get some pulse stuff that vodka energy business ! coz if i dont im gunna fall asleep ! and the thort of driknig beer rite now makes me fell like crap toodles all hope u all have fantastic weekends Current Mood: hyper

02:45 pm yo wats going on ? im fantastic!! ive had a quiet few weeks at home lately getting ready for a crazy couple of months ! in september we have fear factory and devil driver and some crazy awards nite at crown for robs work and 24th is black label society and in october GIGANTOUR!! megadeth, soulfly and arch enemy! wooooo! ive got my tickets to all of these cant wait ! in other news things are going great for me atm! the boi is fantastic and i love him to bits! haahaa weve set of some home brew coopers so thats gunna be lots of fun ! well i think thats about it for now tonite i have dinner with my mum coz shes visiting and then we are off to the espy to see Rones band and possibly the arthouse for something to ! yay fir everything atm :D hope all is going well for all of u im just not online much ne more coz well i dont need to be theres more important things in life , well my life ne way :) toodles!! 10:31 pm - lj neglect well well well its been ages since i updated so i thort id better stop being so lazy and do it ! wats been going on in Brodies world well , i met a new boy who is now all mine hes the most fantastic thing ever ! Rob i love u! we met a few weeks ago, altho i kinda already knew who he was from dv8 we got to chatting on msn and decided a few weeks later to meet and make a new mate so we could hang out , so i venture into pony to meet him and he totally amazed me but i thort to myself " no dont fall for this guy u idiot hes not gunna be going after u" so i ignored that and we hung out alot! then a couple of weeks ago we decided to head out to the city daturday nite which was wat i thort would be dv8 haha i was so wrong ! he took me up to the rialto observation deck to drink beer and coz we'd been talking about it then we decided we'd go to dv8 later and just drink at a few places and on the way to one of these places he stops me to kiss me and say he's been sying to do that since we met ! hell yes !! i was ery pleased with this coz so had i he then took me to meet some oe his work mates who all knew about me !! coz hed told them wat he planned and everything i was rather embarassed! haha so now hes all mine and its awsome this weekend im venturing out to his place again ( all the way to Berwick) yes i shall be spending quite alot of time in Berwick! to stay with him and his two cats (marty and timmy) ! who are awsome yeah so ive been having the best time ever lately just hanging out with my boy dv8 last weekend was huge im still missing bits from that nite lol next venture there shall be Robs bday in a couple of weeks :) its taken a while but yeah *beams* :D i forgot how strange but awsome a new relationship can be , yes we are that couple that make everyone sick , but we love it so hah! other than that just working , stupid malvern! work during the week is shit coz i dont get to see the boy that often suring the week i hope everyone is fantastic and u all had a great valentines day! thats it for now .... 07:50 pm im really looking foward to this halloween thingo at dv8 shoulda be a good nite of drunken fun . i gotta work on the monday til 2:30 tho and i know that will go slow coz ill wanna get outt there and get home to commence drinking. i like spending all my time organising myself and then spending heaps of tiem getting ready and drinking and dancing yay its gunna be heaps of fun :D but this weekend is shit coz ive got no cash ... and next week im working monday then im at a course in nth melb for the rest of the week all day to , such a long week before the fun begins damn it ! heard from my mum last nite she had some bad news .... my mum breeds golden retrievers and has for years now atm she has the two older dogs matilda and rupert, and we;ve has those dogs since i was about 13 matilda has had two litters of puppies. and was due to have another one this week. she went into to a kind of labour on monday nite and was really restless and mum stayed home from work on tuesday to be with her and she still hadnt had the puttpies so mum was getting a bit worried about things so she rang the vet and the vet said its ok give her antoher 12 hours so mum kept an eye on her over the time and nothing happened, so mum took her to the vet. Only to be told there was sometihng wrong and that all puppies were dead, and had been for at least a day, matilda had to have a long operation which ended in her having her uterus and ovaries (sp?) taken out she didnt come throo the operation to well coz it was so long shes at home at mums but not to good and of course mum is devestated. i really hope shes ok... i hate it wen things happen to pets coz they cant tell u wats wrong or how they feel. i always thort id be someone surounded in pets rather than kids .... i wish i had the space then id get golden retrievers and another kitten :) Current Mood: frustrated

12:39 pm well ive ben gone for about a week and none of u noticed coz ur all cocks ! :P nah tihngs are alrite umm ive got full time work i start in two weeks and wanna go out this weekend to celebrate so yay so if u wanna join me on this joyus occasion call me on my mobile 0401 306 263 ive also discovered its times like these wen things arent going good that u find out who ur real mates are and who actually gives a shit so to everyone whos helped me out by talking to me or answering my millions of questions or anything in the situation that i was in and to those who didnt fuk u , dont expect me to give a shit next time sometihng goes wrong for u ! its taught me a whole new perpspective on things id become such a recluse for weeks now not even feeling like leaving the house which is weird for me but things have picked up a little and i have a bit of direction for now .... i tihnk haha so to everyone i havent spoken to in weeks im sorry i havnt but things havent been great wit hme and ive ben at home with mum for a bit and just at home with prue not wanting to do ne thing and sleeping alot and being sick . so this weekend is time to break that and getr ou coz ive got some direction but for now i need some sort of food so ill seeyas later :P Current Mood: content

04:12 pm ive had such a lazy sleepy week which is weird for me coz i dont usually sleep during the day or wateva but this week ahs ben different my teeth have finally given in and stopped hurting so yay didnt take much only getting two out ..... i was sposed to go out tonite but decided not to coz im rather poor stupid rent and racv which id forgotten about so i decided ill go out next weekend coz a friend has got a job at dv8 so im all about the drinks :D i got myself a few bags of yakky synthetic hair to play around with and see wat i come up with im a big fan of fluffy jackets and things with big fluffy collars and stuff and the otherday i managed to pick up a litle black top with fluff so im happy :) and a pin stripe skirt that needs some altering and im eventually gunna add some zips and straps and things to so that shood be good wen i manage to stop being lazy and sew something so tonight is a nite in which isnt so bad coz its all cold and rainy im just gunna watch the saints play adelaide i hope to get some extra work so i can afford the next two weekends out and renewal of my racv membership ok :) time to venture out of my pyjamas , so so lazy haha :P Current Mood: lazy

11:38 am wooo picked up my skull creepers yesterday im glad i changed sizes coz these are heaps better :) umm im starting to get the bug ak for goin out all the time which i know will most likely end in disaster ahh well u only live once ive had mum visiting for the weekend so i spent a couple of days with her shopping and stuff on friday i went opp shopping one of my favourite past times and got a few things which i was really happy with today ive got some organising to do and then im gunna try and make a pink leopard print skirt to wear to nicoles birthday :D also decided im gunna try put some either loose or braided extensions in my self and see how i go so ive spent some time researching that :) john called last nite and appologised for the weekend coz he was rather druink and horrible but its all ok now haha i knew he was drunk but he said he was drunk to the point of not remembering most of the nite haha im so glad the weather is getting better i was out and about last nite picking up my shoes and it just felt good coz the weather was nice and its getting to be drinking weather it reminded me of halloween two years ago sitting in many beer gardens with dave drinking tequila :) i hope this spring / summer is much the same ne way things to do so yeah thats it for now Current Mood: content

10:29 pm i worked an extra shift today and had a good day :) on my way to work i stopped at the newsagent/ post office to pay a bill and ended up buying a book called 'Australian Murders' just has accounts of some of autralias most famous murders im liking it alot so far i love true crime books and all that stuff i have alot and need a bookshelf coz atm they are all under my bed gathering dust. went to bi lo before to get a few tihngs and ended up buy pyjamas pink, blue and lime green stripey ones i love pyjamas :D tomorrow i mite go to the african hair place on sydney road and to savers i also need to go to uni and see about studying more business subjects coz i feel like im wasting my time lately my kitty kat has her own fluffy blanket at the end of my bed that she sleeps on but nooo i put my black jaket on my bed and shes been asleep there since i got home at 6 need to wash my dirty little car need to get creepers fixed need to start drawing again and get bak into my sculptures and collages i have a manaquin here thats half finished ! i really miss studying art, i was watching a girl on te train on the way home who was obviously on her way to uni she was fixing up some really detailed drawings and it made me miss my art and studying art, it was the one subject at skool that i lived for and the art room was where i spent most of my time specially in year 12 considering i studied three art subjects and had three different folios on the go *sigh* i did a bit at uni but mainly focused on humainties and politics fuk knows y !
